Pro: Good location, impressive breakfast, friendly staff, lovely facilities. Con: Room had a strong rug odour. Had to ask the housekeeping to spray room freshener on second day of stay. AC turns off during night, probably due to the power savings setting and sensors. The lights also automatically turn off, while you are sitting. You have to keep walking if light and AC has to work. Probably management wants you to walk 24 x 7 inside your room. I had to wake up a lot of time during night due to sweat. During night, AC turns on for 10 minutes for every one hour, and I found that the wall mount control unit doesn’t have anything to do with working of AC at night. I am not sure whether it’s the same in all rooms.

Clean and well-maintained hotel, stayed for 3 nights. Very pet-friendly with lots of outdoor areas for walking dogs. Downsides were fan noise, bathroom light turning on at night, and one front desk staff member on the afternoon shift who was rude.

We stayed for a baseball tournament. It’s was only 8 minutes from the park. Very clean room, good breakfast. The staff was absolutely nice. My son left a brand new USSSA hat we purchased for him and they found it and went of their way to make sure we got it back. The manager drove 10 minutes out after being off the clock. Who does that nowadays?! This team does. I’m so thankful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

Very clean inside and out. Comfortable beds! Pay attention to the little things like ice buckets, drinking glasses, stairwells etc. and you will notice the difference between this hotel and it’s competitors. Every single staff member was so polite and professional. Breakfast choices are so refreshing , it’s not your typical tasteless scrambled eggs, greasy bacon and seasoned potatoes. This hotel team is doing things differently. Exceeding expectations, and it was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for the stay and we will be back.

We booked this hotel because it was close to everything we wanted to do while in Fort Myers. The service staff were exceptional, most notably: Roberta and Chris. They both worked long hours we saw them smiling and greeting us every morning and when we came back to the hotel each night. They were the shining stars who provided us with outstanding service and hospitality! We liked the hotel, room was clean but had a few maintenance issues which, once we identified, Chris immediately fixed. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety, it was nice to have that option in the morning. Overall the hotel staff truly made this hotel feel like home! Keep up the great work!

My family and I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious with plenty of room for a family, and we loved the extra pullout sofa bed — super convenient and comfortable. The free breakfast was a great bonus, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. What truly made our stay stand out, though, was Lorenda. A day after we checked out, my son realized he had accidentally left behind something very special to him. I called the hotel hoping for the best, and Lorenda went above and beyond to help. She personally searched for the item, kept in touch with me, and even called back with updates. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care meant so much to us — it’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Thank you, Lorenda, for turning a stressful moment into a reminder of how thoughtful and dedicated people can be. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

As always, an excellent experience at Home2 Suites. The check-in was fast, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet is very convenient and well-stocked. The outdoor area is beautiful, with a large heated pool and an outdoor kitchen area featuring two BBQs and a fire pit. It's close to the main highways and shops, though about 30 minutes away from the beach. The only small point for improvement would be the cleanliness of the carpets throughout the hotel. There are quite a few stains everywhere.
